One of BRM’s key corporate values is the provision of knowledgeable and reliable service. Consequently, we have a large team of technicians, led by Eric Slotboom, our Technical Manager. Our Technical Service can support you over the telephone or on-site for the maintenance and repair of your laser machine. The technicians are accessible 24×7 to deal with problems; our aim is to resolve 100% of the requests within 48 hours. Clients located in The Netherlands as well as those from abroad can benefit from the services provided by our partners and resellers within their own country.
